In the case of Sarina Sarkar v Government of Haryana, the Supreme Court issued an order for eviction of the residents of Khori village settled on forest land. According to this order, about 10000 houses have to be removed within 6 weeks from June 7, 2021, for which the Faridabad Administration and Municipal Corporation have geared up.
The administration has planned to implement this order of the Supreme Court and how they are to be evicted, but after the eviction, what about those little minor children who are not touched by the third wave of corona epidemic. There is no planning for this. Also, what relief will the government will give to those 5000 pregnant and lactating mothers and single mothers.
Yesterday on the midnight of 10th June 2021, the Crime Branch officials detained about 15 people of Khori village while sleeping in their homes at night. After this, at 5:00 am today, the residents of Khori village started a sit-in demonstration on Surajkund Shooting Range Road. Protesting against what the court has ordered and that the administration should also tell what role the state will play to implement this order.
What relief is the state going to give them in the form of rehabilitation in lieu of the people who have devoted their lives in Khori village for the past few decades and have protected this entire Khori village and this forest. What is the preparation of the administration to implement this order of the Supreme Court and what kind of participation will the people of Khori village play in it?
Nirmal Gorana, General Secretary, Bandhua Mukti Morcha, requested the Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner of Municipal Corporation of Faridabad and the Chief Minister, Haryana Government, on behalf of several people's organizations that are involved in housing rights across the country, to shift all the people of Khori village to a transit camp. And through a letter by the people working on a large scale, there was a demand to provide shelter to the families of Khori in the transit camp and then rehabilitation.
In this sequence, a letter was sent to the Children's Commission and the Minister of the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, with the help of all the mass organizations in the interests of about 25000 children who are below 18 years of age, who can be saved from the third wave of corona epidemic.

Mala, a resident of Basti, said "that electricity and water have been switched off from today and it looks like we'll die of thirst and eviction from this heat before it happens. We are the victims, not the accused, why is this government showing this indifference to all of us. We all supported this government, but today we have become beggars in front of the government.

सरीना सरकार बनाम हरियाणा सरकार के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जंगलात की जमीन पर बसे खोरी गांव के निवासियों को बेदखल करने के लिए आदेश जारी किया। इस आदेश के अनुसार दिनांक 7 जून 2021 से 6 हफ्ते के भीतर लगभग 10000 घरों को हटाया जाना है जिस हेतु फरीदाबाद प्रशासन एवं नगर निगम ने कमर कस ली है।
प्रशासन ने एक बहुत बड़ी तैयारी के साथ सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश को लागू करने के लिए योजना बनाई है की किस प्रकार उन्हें बेदखल किया जाना है किंतु बेदखली के बाद उन नन्हे नन्हे नाबालिक बच्चों को कोरोना की महामारी की तीसरी लहर न छू पाए इसके लिए क्या पुख्ता इंतजाम है, प्रशासन कहीं पर भी उजागर नहीं कर रहा है। साथ ही उन लगभग 5000 से ज्यादा गर्भवती एवं दुधारू माताओं और एकल नारियों को लेकर सरकार क्या राहत देगी वो कहीं दूर-दूर तक नजर नहीं आ रहा है ।
कल दिनांक 10 जून 2021 की मध्य रात्रि को क्राइम ब्रांच के अधिकारियों ने खोरी गांव के लगभग 15 लोगो को रात में उनके घरों में सोते वक्त डिटेन कर लिया। इसके बाद आज प्रातः 5:00 बजे खोरी गांव के निवासियों ने सूरजकुंड शूटिंग रेंज रोड पर धरना प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिया इस धरना प्रदर्शन के पीछे मजदूरों की मांग है कि स्वयं डेप्युटी कमिश्नर ऑफ फरीदाबाद जनता के बीच में आए और उनको एड्रेस करें तथा उनको समझाएं कि कोर्ट ने क्या आदेश दिया हैं और वह यह भी बताएं कि इस आदेश को लागू करने के लिए राज्य अपनी क्या भूमिका अदा करेगा। पिछले इतने वर्षों से खोरी गांव में जिन लोगों ने अपना समय लगाया है और इस पूरे खोरी गांव की एवं इस जंगलात की रक्षा की है इसकी एवज में पुनर्वास के रूप में राज्य उन्हें क्या राहत देने वाला है। प्रशासन की सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस आदेश को लागू करने के लिए क्या तैयारी है और खोरी गांव की जनता उसमें किस प्रकार की सहभागिता अदा कर सकती है। अगर इस प्रकार का संवाद प्रशासन की तरफ से जनता के साथ रहेगा तो किसी भी प्रकार से कोई भी जनधन की हानि नहीं होगी और इस फैसले को सरलता से लागू किया जा सकता है किंतु प्रशासन पुलिस फोर्स दिखाकर खोरी गांव के लोगों को डरा रहा है और तो और उन्हें गिरफ्तार करके जेल भेज रहा है जो कि खोरी गांव की जनता को और भी उकसाने की तरफ ले जाने वाले प्रशासन के निंदनीय कदम है यह खोरी के लोगो ने सामूहिक रूप से अपने विचार व्यक्त किए है। आज आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता सुशील गुप्ता भी लोगो से मिलने खोरी पहुंचे और पुनर्वास की मांग की।
बंधुआ मुक्ति मोर्चा के जनरल सेक्रेटरी निर्मल गोराना ने बताया कि खोरी गांव के तमाम लोगों को ट्रांजिट कैंप में शिफ्ट करने हेतु फरीदाबाद के डिप्टी कमिश्नर एवं कमिश्नर ऑफ़ नगर निगम और मुख्यमंत्री हरियाणा सरकार को कई जन संगठनों की ओर से जो कि देश भर में हाउसिंग राइट्स पर वृहद पैमाने पर कार्यरत हैं द्वारा एक पत्र के माध्यम से खोरी के परिवारों को ट्रांसिट कैंप में आश्रय देने और उसके बाद पुनर्वास देने हेतु मांग की गई।
इसी क्रम में तमाम जन संगठनों के सहयोग से लगभग 25000 बच्चों को जिनकी उम्र 18 वर्ष से कम है जिन्हें की कोरोना महामारी की तीसरी लहर से बचाया जा सके इस मांग को लेकर बाल आयोग एवं मंत्री, महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय भारत सरकार को एक पत्र भेजा गया। निर्मल गोराना नेब्याह भी बताया कि खोरी गांव के लगभग 15 लोगों को पुलिस ने डिटेन किया जिसमें से 6 लोगों गोवड़ा प्रसाद, मोहम्मद सलीम अंसारी, पप्पू प्रधान, इमामुद्दीन, केयमखान एवं रामदास को डीसीपी फरीदाबाद के सामने पेश करके जेल भेज दिया गया। ह्यूमन राइट्स एडवोकेट सियाज एवं एडवोकेट विनोद इन मजदूरों की बेल के लिए डीसीपी ऑफिस पहुंचे हैं।
बस्ती सुरक्षा मंच के सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता निलेश ने बताया कि प्रशासन और खोरी के निवासियों के बीच एक संवाद की आवश्यकता है जिसे जिलाधिकारी फरीदाबाद एवं नगर निगम फरीदाबाद द्वारा अच्छे से किया जा सकता है।
बस्ती की रहने वाली महिला माला ने बताया की आज दिन से बिजली एवं पानी को बंद कर दिया गया है। लगता है हम प्यास और इस गर्मी से बेदखली से पहले ही मर जायेंगे। हम पीड़ित है अभियुक नहीं ये सरकार हम सभी के साथ ये बेरुखीपन क्यों दिखा रही है । हम सभी ने इसी सरकार का साथ दिया किंतु आज हम सरकार के सामने भिखारी बन बैठे है।
