मजदूर आवास संघर्ष समिति के साथियों के साथ हरियाणा सरकार ने दिनांक 4 जुलाई, 2021 को हरियाणा भवन में बातचीत कर इस बात पर सहमति जताई कि समस्त खोरी वासियों का पुनर्वास किया जाएगा और पुनर्वास की योजना खोरी गांव संघर्ष समिति के साथियों के साथ शेयर की जाएगी।
इसी क्रम में दिनांक 5 जुलाई 2021 को डीसी फरीदाबाद श्री यशपाल मलिक एवं डीसीपी श्री जय वीर तथा डीसीपी मुकेश कुमार के साथ खोरी गांव संघर्ष समिति के साथियों की विस्तृत बैठक एवं चर्चा हुई। इस चर्चा के दौरान डीसी फरीदाबाद एवं डीसीपी फरीदाबाद ने बताया कि नगर निगम एवं डीसी फरीदाबाद एवं डीसीपी फरीदाबाद की एक ज्वाइंट मीटिंग होना है और उसके बाद अंतिम फैसला लिया जाएगा।
सरकार के साथ चल रही बातचीत के दौरान जो महापंचायत बुलाने एवं पीएम आवास घेराव का फैसला था वह भी निरस्त किया गया। सरकार की ओर से सर्वे एवं पुनर्वास के विषय पर आज दिनांक 6 जुलाई 2021 को अंतिम फैसला आने वाला था पर उससे पहले नगर निगम और पुलिस प्रशासन अपने साथ में बुल्डोजर लेकर खोरी पहुंच गया। यकायक यह स्थिति देखकर खोरी गांव संघर्ष समिति एवं ग्राम निवासियों को यह पता चल गया कि सरकार खोरी गांव वासियों के साथ धोखा कर रही है।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के किसान नेता श्री गुरनाम सिंह चढूनी के दो दिन के कार्यक्रम को भी इस बात पर निरस्त किया गया कि सरकार अभी खोरी गांव वासियों के साथ संवाद कर रही है और खोरी का पुनर्वास होगा। किंतु मजदूर विरोधी सरकार कोरोना महामारी में बेदखली करने के लिए बहुत रुचि लेती नजर आ रही है। सरकार की जिम्मेदारी थी की मजदूर परिवारों को पुनर्वास दे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पुनर्वास के लिए मना नहीं किया। जबकि सरकार कोर्ट का बहाना देकर मजदूरों के साथ आंख मिचौली खेल रही है और 1 लाख से ज्यादा लोगो को महामारी में मौत के मुंह में धकेलने के लिए खोरी में खड़ी है।
7 जुलाई, 2021 को नगर प्रशासन एवं नगर निगम बुल्डोजर के साथ तोड़फोड़ की करवाही शुरू करेगा किंतु बिना पुनर्वास के तोड़फोड़ का मजदूर आवास संघर्ष समिती पुरजोर विरोध करती है। संघर्ष समिती के साथी मर जायेंगे पर पुनर्वास के बिना खोरी फ़रीदाबाद छोड़कर कही नही जायेंगे। सरकार मजदूर परिवारों के साथ अन्याय कर रही है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया उससे मजदूर नहीं मरे किंतु सरकार की लापरवाही खोरी के मजदूर परिवार को मौत की सजा दे रही है।
Haryana Government, in conversation with the membere of Mazdoor Awas Sangharsh Samiti, on July 4, 2021 at Haryana Bhawan, agreed that all Khori residents would be rehabilitated and the plan of rehabilitation would be shared with the colleagues of Khori Gaon Sangharsh Samiti.
In this sequence, on July 5, 2021, a detailed meeting and discussion of the comrades of Khori Village Sangharsh Samiti was held with DC Faridabad Mr. Yashpal Malik and DCP Mr. Jai Veer and DCP Mukesh Kumar. During this discussion, DC Faridabad and DCP Faridabad told that a joint meeting of Municipal Corporation and DC Faridabad and DCP Faridabad is to be held and after that the final decision will be taken.
During the ongoing talks with the government, the decision to convene a mahapanchayat and gherao the PM's residence was also cancelled. The final decision on the subject of survey and rehabilitation from the government was about to come on 6th July 2021, but before that the Municipal Corporation and the police administration reached Khori with a bulldozer. Suddenly seeing this situation, Khori village struggle committee and village residents came to know that the government is cheating the people of Khori Gaon.
The two-day program of Shri Gurnam Singh Chadhuni, farmer leader of United Kisan Morcha was also canceled on the ground that the government is still in dialogue with the villagers of Khori and Khori will be rehabilitated. But the anti-labour government seems to be taking great interest in eviction in the Corona epidemic. It was the responsibility of the government to give rehabilitation to the labor families. The Supreme Court did not forbid rehabilitation. While the government is playing a blind eye with the laborers on the pretext of the Court and is encouraging to push more than 1 lakh people to death in the epidemic.
On July 7, 2021, the city administration and the Municipal Corporation will start the process of demolition with the bulldozer, but without rehabilitation, the Mazdoor Awas Sangharsh Samiti strongly opposes the demolition. The comrades of the Sangharsh Samiti will die, but without rehabilitation, Khori will not leave Faridabad and go anywhere. The government is doing injustice to the working families. The workers did not die due to the decision given by the Supreme Court, but the negligence of the government is giving death sentence to the laborers family of Khori.
